No stretch-mark during pregnancy?! Is that even possible??!!

What is stretch mark? Stretch mark forms when human skin stretches or shrinks quickly. In pregnancy, woman's skin stretches to support the growth of the fetus. The first sign you will notice is skin itchiness.

In order to reduce stretch mark during pregnancy, first of all, we need to know what are the key elements for skin forming. Within the skin dermis layer, collagen and elastin fibres are abundant. Therefore, our skin need more collagen and elastin supply during pregnancy.

Bio-Oil is your bestie throughout your pregnancy. Drink plenty of collagen.

Bio-Oil

Apply Bio-Oil regularly once you know you

I had started to apply Bio-Oil once everyday after I knew I am pregnant. In my sixth month pregnancy, the frequency increases to twice or three times daily as the skin started to stretch more to support the fast-growing fetus.

Whenever my belly is itchy, I apply Bio-Oil to the particular areas, especially lower abdomen to the belly button. Gently massage for a minute for full absorption. Other than Bio-Oil, I consume collagen. You can choose your favourite collagen product. If you need my recommendation, I consume NH Colla Plus once in two days. However, you may follow the product instruction for optimum result. Never hesitate to consult your doctor or nutritionist.
